Privacy Policy & Data Mandate

Institutional zero-knowledge encryption standards, personal data autonomy, and sovereign fiduciary confidentiality principles.

1. Fiduciary Confidentiality

SwyftTrust adheres to the strict banking secrecy and data protection statutes established under Swiss Federal Law on Data Protection (FADP) and the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Client financial telemetry and identity documents are stored in hardware-encrypted, air-gapped data centers.

2. Zero-Knowledge Cryptographic Hashing

Master passwords, 6-digit transaction PINs, and sensitive hardware authorizations are hashed using state-of-the-art cryptographic functions (bcrypt cost factor 12). At no point can bank officers or system administrators view or reverse client PINs or passwords.

3. Immutable Ledger Auditing

In accordance with international financial transparency mandates, every balance alteration, wire transfer, and administrator review generates a permanent, non-repudiable audit log entry containing precise timestamps, IP origins, and cryptographic event digests.

4. Data Retention and Erasure

Client documents submitted during Certified KYC verification are preserved in strict compliance with statutory anti-money laundering (AML) retention periods (10 years) before being purged via certified cryptographic sanitization.
